1 day transportation pass (bus, Ferry, Tram)
Visit Sengenen Garden (Entry fee JPY1,000) and ferry to Mt Sakurajima Volcanic Island with the pass:

Day 3 KAGOSHIMA - IZUMI
Meet and greet and Kagoshima Chuo Station. Chinjukan Satsuma Pottery Kiln Factory , then visit Kinzangura underground shochu factory to dive into a gold mine. In the afternoon, try on some traditional Japanese clothing while strolling through a
Izumi Samurai neighbourhood and the Macha experience.
Also visit Hakozaki Shrine (shrine of cranes)

Day 4 IZUMI - KUMAMOTO
Crane Park Izumi where the largest nesting ground for cranes that migrate to Japan from Siberia. Sogi Falls called "Niagara of the East", Aoi Aso Shrine, Hitoyoshi Station & Mozoca Station 868 - After a stopping at Hitoyoshi Station, famous for retro and sightseeing trains, make your way up to Kumamoto to see Kumamoto Castle area.

Day 5 KUMAMOTO - NAGASAKI
30 min Kumamoto Ferry ride, speed across the Ariake Sea to see Shimabara Castle and Unzen Hell. The natural steam from the hot springs make it look like something from hell. Enjoy some cute penguins before an optional trip up to the 100 million dollar view of Mt. Inasayama. Also visit Nagasaki Penguin Aquarium

Day 6 NAGASAKI
Nagasaki Peace Park & Atomic Bomb Museum, after a sombre, yet enlightening morning at the peace park and atomic bomb museum, enjoy lunch at one of Japan’s oldest China Towns. You can see Glover Garden & Oura Cathedral area (entrances not included) End the day at the exciting Huis Ten Bosch "Small Europe - Holland town" theme park.

Yoshinogari Historic Park - A power spot in nature, centuries old village, and a shrine of education and tests are just what you need before heading out into Fukuoka, one of Japan’s largest and most exciting cities. On the way, visit Dazaifu Shrine area

Sightseeing in Hiroshima & Miyajima by public transport.
Visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial park & Museum. Ferry to Miyajima.

Day 10  HIROSHIMA - KURASHIKI - KYOTO 
Take Bullet train to Shin Kurashiki. Stroll around Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, the weeping willow trees that line the canal and the stone bridges that cross over the water make for a picturesque scene. After the lunch, enjoy Ohara Museum of Art, built in 1930 specifically as the first museum of Western art in Japan, artists such as Picasso, El Greco, Gauguin, Modigliani, Rodin, Klee, Pollock and Kandinsky.
Coach to Kurasiki station and take local train to Okayama station for Korakuen Japanese Garden ranked as one of Japan's three best landscape gardens, located just beside Okayama Castle, which can be seen from the garden as "borrowed scenery". Back to Okayama station for bullet train to Kyoto.

Day 11  KYOTO
Kyoto, Japan's capital and the emperor's residence from 794 until 1868. Countless temples, shrines and other historically priceless structures survive in the city today.
Meet the tour guide at the hotel lobby, visit Nijo-castle (Former Kyoto residence of the shogun., Golden Pavilion (Temple covered by Gold) and Kyoto Imperial Palace,
when closed, Kitano-tenmangu Shrine will be visited instead. Afternoon, free at leisure

KYOTO-NARA-KYOTO
Morning free at leisure
Afternoon, make your own way to Kyoto Avanti tour desk for sightseeing tour of Nara, Japan's first permanent capital was established in the year 710.
Visit Todaiji temple (Large temple with a big Buddha statue.
(Large temple with a big Buddha statue) & Deer Park , Kasuga shrine (Nara's most celebrated Shinto shrine) and stopping at Nara Nagomikan for the souvenir shopping . Back to Kyoto.
